We were seated and then another table was seated 5 min after us and they helped them before us. Then we were trying to ask for a certain tequila and she keep going to bar and coming back saying something couldn't really hear her. It took over 30 min for her to take or order. We kept being told that they were short handed and we are like ok can we order. We have eaten here before with no problems.

Very nice waiters and waitresses. Food is delicious. No complaints.

Really good food. Fun atmosphere. We hit the late happy hour on Saturday. Service was fast and everyone was very nice.

This venue was very elegant and shows us just how the sleek modern touch of a western themed tequila factory should be. The outside patio was equipped nicely with a clear sun cover that streamed summer light in. The margaritas are built for look and a kickin' taste. Whether you go for the classy champagne strawberry margarita or spicy jalapeno one...you're in for a treat!! The food plates also come in large portions and are top notch authentic Mexican.

Not too bad for first time, more a 3.5 of 5 stars... Good chips and salsa. The salsa was delicious and spicier than most.Their Texas style Taco Salad was delicious. Under a layer of perfectly bite size shredded lettuce, there was shredded chicken on top of a layer of beans and rice. The chicken was perfectly moist, sweet, and savory.

This place is always great for drinks and atmosphere, but service is spotty. But last night we had the best service by Shaina! Despite it being super busy, she really took great care of our table, and we had a great dinner. Give the girl a raise!

Had the "Al Pastor " tacos. The meat was pulled pork marinated in enchilada sauce. Trust me I know the difference between the Al Pastor sauce and canned enchilada sauce. Waitress was poor. All the other girls. Checked on their guest regularly. Mine I pretty much saw at the beginning and end. For the price I paid there for two drinks, two meals and the service, I could of done much better at a steakhouse . Sorry guys.

Service was a little slow, but the margaritas were phenomenal.

After being ignored 10 minutes waiting to be seated in your half empty restaurant, once seated we were then ignored for 20 more minutes and still no waiter. WowI finally flagged a waiter from another section. He definately stepped up and made sure our dinner was rushed. I did not see the waiter for our section the entire time. Your restaurant did not seem to be that busy but did have two parties if 8 that were demanding a great deal of attention. All other tables seemed to be ignored entirely. Your staff member that stepped up should be commended and the rest of your staff re-trained. I was a bit surprised that no part of our $42 dinner (for 2) was comped considering the poor service experience. Not sure we will be back.

The food is pretty good. The environment is great, love the outdoor seating area. Margaritas are really good. Staff have always been really nice.

I'm from Ohio and visiting family and this was my 1st visit. The service was fantastic as throughout our lunch we had 5 different people waiting on us and all were thorough and pleasant. Food was good and enough for 2 meals. I'd recommend anyone who hasn't visited the Margarita Factory to experience it as soon as possible...very impressed ! Thank you

Amazing food, service, and prices!!! Especially the happy hour! Just wow. Multiple employees came and checked on us and made sure we were good. Also got 2nd chips and salsa for free! Superb!

Margarita Factory is my boyfriend and I's favorite spot for Mexican food! The staff is absolutely incredible and always goes out of their way to make sure we are having a good experience. The food is out of this world! One of my favorite meals to get is the carne asada street tacos, I am drooling just writing this.. The chips and salsa don't even get me started on how delicious those are..YUM. And you have to try their chunky guac! If you want a margarita the size of your head come here! The environment is great too! Super cozy, and I love their back patio in the summer time. Just a great place to be. Highly recommend coming here ITS THE BEST!

Love this place! The servers are always friendly and the food is great. The Cadillac margarita is my favorite drink on the planet and have to have it everytime. Great atmosphere for relaxing fun and it's a bonus they are also a very clean restaurant. I will always go here to eat good Mexican food

Food quality and quantity was good. Disappointed everything our party of five ate was quite bland, lacking in flavor, not spicy at all. That's fantastic if that's what you're after. Service was not terrible but it could have been better.

Such a busy place. I came on ladies night special and the place was just packed. But my food came fast, not even 10 minutes. The setting is so njce, I would say bigger than the other two places combined. They also have outside sitting with tents and lanterns and heat lanterns. Such a nice setting, finally I have everything I need in a one mile radius from my home

Both my daughter and I thought our food tasted off, but my husband LOVED it. Good service and friendly staff.

They are still trying to get in their groove. We had to leave without the food we ordered, not sure what happened there but the experience was saved by our interaction with our bartender. I plan to update this review in the future and expect it will get 5 stars.

Good food and loved the happy hour all day on Sunday. Waiter Briley was very nice and helpful. Only thing negative was the volume of the TV.It was a bit loud to hear our conversation .

Absolutely love this restaurant. We went there on a Saturday and it was completely packed. Despite the fact that it was packed our service was prompt and the waitress was very personable. The atmosphere was great. There's not too many great restaurants on the west side of town but I will have to say this is definitely one of them. It has the same great food as the tequila factory as well as the same great service. I will definitely go back again.

I shared my review of the battleground location, and I found the hazel dell location to be just as enjoyable. The food is plentiful and delicious, the staff was prompt and personable. These two establishments are quickly becoming some of my favorites. Enjoy yourself, good times await.

I love this place. It has a great atmosphere, terrific margaritas (pro tip don't order a standard margarita get the good stuff). The food is very tasty, they offer some very interesting vegan options such as enchiladas. The flavors are very good and go so very well with a good margarita.

Great Food! Visited here several times for dine in and carryout. Have always been very satisfied with the food and the service. Even when they are busy the service can still be counted on to be great. Check out their Happy Hour, too.

One of my Top 3 favorite Happy Hours in Vancouver. I plan on coming back here in a few weeks for my birthday, as well. I'm lucky to live so close by. Food is always good, margaritas are always excellent. A+ Margarita Factory, I love you.

This is a fine establishment. Every worker does a superb job. The servers are amazing, the bussers are amazing, the food is also absolutely delicious. I love this place

This place wows everytime. I recently used the online ability to reserve stable through Google. I wasnt sure that it went through as I didnt ger a notice in the app, however, when I got to the restaurant they had our table set up. Later, when I got home I saw confirmation in my email. The food is fantastic and the service doesnt disappoint. Its expensive for our family of six so we only go on special occasions but we all love this restaurant.

Went on a Valentine's date here and the place was PACKED to the gills! Despite the super busy day and number of people attending the restaurant, the service was AMAZING! Friendly staff, great food at a great price(happy hour menu) and almost no wait time to get us a booth in the covered outdoor area. I seriously couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Came here with my friend after we crafted So we both had quite the appetite. They did not disappoint. Food and drinks were off the hook delicious and we even got these VIP cards.

George was my bartender at the bar. He was clearly busy and he was keeping up super well... what impressed me the most was that he was able to keep up with our conversation while keeping everyone else happy. He is very personable, professional and fun to be around. He did a great job with a full house. People like this always make me feel good about coming back and enjoying the atmosphere, because atmosphere is as important as the great food which margarita factory also has!

Food & margaritas were amazing The service was a bit slow. But overall a good experience I had the jalapeño margarita ( OMG) I loved it but probably not for everyone My granddaughter & her friend had virgin mango & passion fruit margaritas We each ordered nachos, tacos al carbon & big boy burrito All were excellent

Deluxe tostada is huge. Got the large skinny margarita. It didn't taste skinny, it was delish. Pricey but the food and drinks are good.

Nice atmosphere. I had a combo plate. Nice big place for friends/family get together. Great margaritas too.

The food was a little salty for my taste, but, excellent staff. Excellent ambiance. Very clean.
